Adam Lambert... For Your Entertainment

Adam Lambert made his first big post-American Idol splash last night. He closed out the American Music Awards with a sexually-charged performance of his debut single, "For Your Entertainment".

Adam dragged a female backup dancer across the stage by her leg. He grasped the head of a male backup dancer and pulled him into a round of simulated oral sex. A tutu-wearing female cupped Adam's pubic region and he grasped and snapped another female backup dancer's nether region as well. Adam took a bit of a tumble toward the performance's halfway mark. And then, he took a break from singing to open-mouth kiss a reportedly "straight" keyboardist.

Talk about shock and awe... Will his performance help (or hurt?) his first week sales? You be the judge.
