In the News :: ABC Receives Thousands of Complaints Over Adam Lambert's American Music Awards Performance

ABC has said that over 1,500 individuals have called to complain about Adam Lambert's sexually-infused performance of "For Your Entertainment" at last night's American Music Awards.

The broadcast network has characterized the response as "moderate".

During the performance, Adam dragged a female backup dancer across the stage by her leg. He grasped the head of a male backup dancer and pulled him into a round of simulated oral sex. A tutu-wearing female cupped Adam's pubic region and he grasped and snapped another female backup dancer's nether region as well. Adam took a bit of a tumble toward the performance's halfway mark. And then, he took a break from singing to open-mouth kiss a reportedly "straight" keyboardist.
