Dancing With the Diva: Cast Calls Kate Gosselin "Pretty Standoffish"

Kate Gosselin may have denied rumors of her "diva" attitude on ABC's The View, but her fellow Dancing With the Stars season 10 castmates keep throwing her under the bus.

DWTS pro dancer Mark Ballas admitted to finding the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star a bit distant and cold towards him.

Mark Ballas: "I'm not the type of person to judge, and I'm not going to be like 'I don't like [Kate].' But, I mean, she's pretty, you know, standoffish, which is kind of weird."

It seems Kate isn't interested in making friends. She's in it to win it.

Mark Ballas: "She has a great partner, Tony [Dovolani] who is a dear friend of mine, so I'm sure he will whip her into shape. Whatever you can get out of that!"

Even fellow celeb contestant Shannen Doherty thought Kate was a bit distant.

Shannen Doherty: "I don't really know her, but when I met her she wasn't kind of like, 'hello' or anything. I say 'hey,' and she was like 'oh hey.' I was like, 'Okay!'"

Dancing With the Stars kicks off its tenth season with a two-hour premiere on Monday, March 22, 2010 @ 8pm. There will be no elimination for the first week. The stars and their professional partners will perform for a second time the following week with the first elimination taking place on the Tuesday, March 30 results show.
