Just a week after going on a racist and homophobic USTREAM rant, and then apologizing, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is back in the news. The boxer was arrested Friday in Las Vegas and charged with felony theft related to a domestic violence complaint filed by a former girlfriend.
Mayweather, 33, was held on $3,000 bail. He's accused of taking an iPhone from Josie Harris, the mother of three of his children.
Richard Wright (Mayweather's attorney): "He did not commit any grand larceny."
On Thursday, Harris made a police complaint that alleged that Mayweather hit her in the head and twisted her arm.
